Support On Demand

Do you want to receive support as soon as possible?

When this page is visible, it means I can avail myself to you by phone or video within the next 24 hours.

Coaches often require advanced notice for sessions and sometimes even a set schedule. I’ve never been a “Let’s talk Tuesday at 3” sort of coach, because our challenges and emotional triggers don’t generally make appointments. They show up whenever the hell they want to.

And if someone is struggling right now, I want to help as close to that now as I can!

I believe in long-term coaching, which I’ve been providing since 2002. You’re going to get the best overall benefit from holding (at least) weekly sessions for a minimum of three months.

But I also believe in providing the support someone needs on the spot, or as close to it as possible, and with almost two decades working with clients in crises, I know how hard it is to reach out for support.

I used to turn down one-time sessions, because I didn’t feel they were beneficial enough. But I know what it feels like to need someone – sometimes literally anyone – to talk with, and I can provide support, tools and resources to get you started.

So whenever I’m not providing someone with live-in intensive coaching or traveling, which too greatly limit my availability, I like to offer on-demand sessions. Sometimes they are literally that, if I can speak in the moment. But if not, I will create time for you as soon as I can.

The fastest way to reach me is via text at 5165268455. I am currently on the East Coast of the United States. If this is your first session, I will give you a special one-time discount.

If you feel like you are in danger or need immediate support, call 911 or a 24-hour hotline such as the US Suicide Prevention hotline 1-800-273-8255 or Domestic Violence Hotline 1-800-799-7233.
