Coaching On Demand

Do you want to receive support as soon as possible?

If you’re reading this post, I can avail myself to you by phone or video within the next 24 hours and possibly even now!

Coaches often require advanced notice for sessions and sometimes even a set schedule. I’ve never been a “Let’s talk Tuesdays at 3” sort of coach, because our challenges and emotional triggers don’t generally make appointments. They show up whenever the hell they want to.

And if someone is struggling now, I want to help as close to that now as I can!

I believe in long-term coaching; the average client is going to get the best overall benefit from holding at least weekly sessions for a minimum of three months.

But I also believe in providing the support someone needs on the spot, or as close to it as possible. And not everyone can pay for three months or more of coaching in advance.

I used to turn down one-time sessions, because I was trained to do so by my coach certification program. But I know what it feels like to need someone – sometimes literally anyone – to talk with, and now I’m choosing to do things differently.

Whenever I’m not providing someone with intensive coaching or traveling, which too greatly limit my availability, I like to offer on-demand sessions. Sometimes they are literally that, if I can speak in the moment. But if not, I will create time for you as soon as I can.

The fastest way to reach me is via text at 5165268455. I am currently on the East Coast of the United States. If this is your first session, I will give you a special one-time discount.

Please note that while I have helped people in crises, coaching is not usually the right support for an emergency. If you feel like you are in danger or need immediate support, you can call 911 or a 24-hour hotline such as the US Suicide Prevention hotline 1-800-273-8255 or Domestic Violence Hotline 1-800-799-7233.
